I had a pregnancy test last
January 10, 2012, and I am pregnant! I told my loving hubby about
the wonderful news, and I saw the happiness in his eyes…
I ran another
test...Ye! It was an overwhelming
experience...Soon I will be a mother… I had my TVS on
February 04, 2012, and here’s our peanut about
8 weeks and 3 days old.
I heard the
heartbeat of our little one; it was music in my ears to my
heart. I thank God for the miracle He gave us.
My 1st
trimester wasn't that bad…the morning sickness was bearable enough. I loved to
drink coconut juice every day. I craved more of the cream of
mushroom soup with lots of cheese on it…so delicious! Also, a creamy fruit
salad!...and a cold shake!
I made sure to
have a monthly visit to my OB for a regular check-up and to monitor my little one’s condition and adhere doctor’s health recommendations…t prescribed vitamins and supplements… my little one’s heartbeat is so amazing! I love to hear it! I smile endlessly.
During my visit to my OB, she noticed an irregularity in my little
one’s heartbeat (April 27, 2012), so she advised me to have a congenital
anomaly scan. I rushed to a nearby hospital, and then I had a CAS. Thank God! Everything was fine…all the results were normal.
The 2nd
trimester is more exciting… Last May 21,
2012, my 25 weeks and 5 days, I had an ultrasound to determine my little
one’s gender. We were excited to know then… and it’s a Boy! My baby boy… Our
peanut…
My husband and I
were so grateful to the Almighty for giving us a wonderful gift! It is indeed a miracle!
As an expectant mom, I am excited to welcome our baby boy!... in September 2012...
